The IT Crowd: The Complete Series

For me, this is the best show ever written and performed, and I will never stop loving it and retelling the jokes that keep me smiling and cracking up, even when no one knows what I'm referring to! Unfortunately, if you're on Netflix in the UK, just know that one of the best episodes of the show has been removed. Such an unfortunate consequence of cancel culture and streamed media that literally anything can be censored or taken down because some people decided for the rest of us that it became offensive at some point. This is why I like to own things in whatever capacity I can, especially comedy! Taking back media and culture in whatever way I can!

I fell in love with the series and was sad to see it exit netflix. I bought to enjoy on my own. There are extras but not anything too special. If you are buying for the episodes then I recomend.

Amazon is a bit of a "pusher" when it comes to certain products. When I bought this, I was prompted with: "Frequently bought together" including The IT Crowd: The Internet Is Coming, the fifth series/series finale. So, I bought both - thankfully, when I received the package, I opened The Complete Series first & learned The Internet Is Coming is included in this set. Don't let Amazon convince you to buy the finale, it's included.This series is incredible. There are so many memorable moments: from the fire at the Sea Parks, to the red door, to Peter File & the dinner party, to "The Work Outing", to everything Matt Berry does as Douglas Reynholm. This series is incredible, & had it come out more recently, I guarantee you the memes from this show would be endlessly crowding & overpopulating your feed.The case is perfectly fine - it's an old-school DVD case, so it's sturdy & holds the discs well. All of the photos & comments about broken this & broken that are from the shipping, not the quality of the actual product. I've ordered several comic trades & DVDs/blu-rays recently, only for Amazon to ship them in flimsy, bubble-wrap packaging - absolutely horrible for any media; why they continually ship fragile things in flimsy packaging that's even more fragile than the product inside is beyond me.Just buy it. If you like The Mighty Boosh or Garth Marenghi's DarkPlace, or both, buy this series - it's worth your time & money. Bet.5/5.

It just doesn’t get any funnier than this. Graham Linehan is so funny. The only thing that comes close is Black Books, season one.

I can't think of anything bad about this DVD box set. Great show, brilliant extras, commentaries for every episode and the box contains a nerdy D&D style board game! I guess the only thing we have to do when watching this nowadays is try to ignore Graham Linehan's views on trans rights. But, you know, separate the art from the creator and all that. It is still a great and very funny show.

Excelente serie, hace mucho tiempo la buscaba. Algo malo... La región 1. He batallado bastante para poder verla (desde que la adquirí no la he visto). Traté de verla en un xbox one y que no era compatible con mi región, luego un reproductor de Blu Ray... Y lo mismo. Tengo que forzosamente conseguir un reproductor DVD multiregion 😖

昔「WOWOW」でやってたのをもう一度見たくて買いました。字幕付きは残念ながら「Version1.0」（「シリーズ1」のこと）しか販売されてないらしいので、この輸入版を購入。セリフはスラングが多くて理解にはなかなか苦労しますが、昔見た日本語字幕を思い出しながら楽しんでいます。＜注意点＞DVDのリージョンは日本と同じ「2」なのですが、フォーマットが「PAL」なので日本国内で販売されている通常のDVDプレーヤでは再生できません。パソコンのDVD再生ソフトであれば問題なく再生できます。
