THIS BEST VANILLA I HAVE PURCHASED ON AMAZON! I have been experimenting but none matches up to this. Upon opening you know you have a great product… the vanilla smell is strong! I find I don’t have to use as directed in all recipes because of its strength. I am so pleased… my husband noticed delicious waffles and pancakes! Highly recommend this vanilla!

Good smell, no unusual aftertaste, bakes well. Bottle is a problem.
An endearing, familiar smell of vanilla without any of the harshness or after taste found in some other products. It's a strong, consistent flavor and cooks well in waffles. No alcohol or bitterness detected and significantly better flavor than store generics or even some more familiar name brands.I'm docking one point on this otherwise fine product because the bottle cap arrived broken. To be clear, the bottle is sealed both in plastic and a safety plastic covering is provided over the opening of the bottle, so not a single drop was spilt. I checked the Amazon box carefully and no stain was evident and there was no moisture on the outside of the bottle. However, the cap underneath the plastic wrapping was cracked and needed to be discarded. I've decided to pour the entire contents into a mason jar and just dip in a teaspoon when I need some. It's a bit cute and rustic that way.

I hate cheap alcohol-heavy vanilla extracts. This one is rich and full bodied. Cheap quality extracts taste ugly dabbed onto the tongue, this tastes fantastic.

Great for Diet restrictions!
Finding Gluten free, Alcohol free liquid spices and flavoring is a challenge for Celiacs. This product meets my dietary restriction requirements and I'm grateful for it! The flavoring itself is comparable to other normal products, but isn't Madagascar comparable! However, it will do!
