My 4 1/2 grandson and I had a great time with these shiney trains. The golden Thomas confused him a bit until he recognized the Thomas face.

Only bought it because of gold thomas
My son is a big disney cars and thomas and friends fan. He really just wanted the gold thomas but there wasn't one by itself so I had to buy this whole set which i know i son will still play with all of them. Its better to buy this whole set then to buy 1 by 1 cause its more enpensive that way but when you already have all of them and just want one out of the set its not worth it honestly. The quality though its good same as if you was to go to walmart or target to do instore purchase. Overall i'll give this a yes.

Problem with red train battery compartment
I have bought hundreds of Thomas the trains and in no way do I attribute this to the seller but we got the box of trains and my son immediately opened it so of course we start adding battery’s but the red trains screw was stripped and we tried everything to remove it but it was not happening aside fromThat he was very happy with the toys and we were happy with the purchase

Nice trains but, be careful giving them to kids under 3
Gave these to my year and a half old for Christmas. He loves Thomas and he is a bit advanced for his age so, we figured what the hey. Well, I am now convinced that the reason these are meant for 3 and up is because kids under 3 will make you insane with them lol. My son is constantly taking them off and putting them on tracks, having them run under furniture, crashing them and getting them stuck in the thomas the train track set we got him, etc etc. I don’t really mind because he is just being a kid but, if that may be a bit much for your patience, you may want them to be a bit more independent before giving them a pack of four trains lol. All in all, the trains are nice and sturdy. They are 2 AAA powered each and have run for at least two days with heavy use by my kid. They take a decent beating and are fun to watch roll around the play set we got. I look forward to getting more track sets so we can start building our own creations and can let these things run!

Amazing company and amazing product

My son loves these
Super fun! Runs through a lot of batteries with regular use. Get a Costco membership and purchase batteries in bulk or rechargeable.
