3M tape was not sticky, used 3M adhesive to install
Good product but tape adhesive would not hold so I used some 3M adhesive and it is holding good.Used on a 1946 Mercury and doors are wind tight and quiet.

The adhesive doesn’t work.
I bought it to replace som weather stripping on my camper. I cleaned the surface with 90% isopropyl and let it evaporate. The pressure sensitive adhesive didn’t stick. So, I used 3M spray 90 on the surface and weather stripping. It seems to adhere fine now. On the positive side, it looks beautiful.

Significantly reduces sound and cold air from outside. Gamechanger!
Wow. Never thought I would be able to muffle out the cleaners vacuuming outside of my apartment every week. This really did the job, and also blocked out the cold air! The adhesion is okay at best. Be sure to clean the surfaces with alcohol wipes and let them dry before applying the strips. If it still doesn't hold, add some double-sided clear tape. 40 ft is more than plenty to get a bunch of DIY home projects done. The strips are 10 mm wide just an FYI.

Tape doesn't stick well
Appears to be a quality product to insulate between sliding patio doors. Easy to install but serve stick tape doesn't stay stuck. Even cleaned surface with alcohol

Adhesive is useless.
The media could not be loaded. This was a disappointment. I got this weather stripping to replace some on a set of French doors where the original seal was starting to go. The foam stripping itself is fine - about a half inch round tube. The problem is the adhesive on the back. It’s virtually useless. Being that this isn’t the type of stripping that fits into a channel or groove, adhesion is all ya got, and this stuff doesn’t stick to anything. See my video of me trying to stick it to a pristine countertop. Imagine trying to stick it to an old/used surface? Something with a bit of dirt or grime. A real let down here.
