Install was OK, and took about 2 hours. Removal of the OEM unit goes fast and makes you think you’ll be done in no time, but the space behind the comand module is very tight and will most likely take a lot of refitting with the extra wiring. It looks factory once all the trim pieces are in. CarPlay works well once set up.If you have the UMI system, there is one important piece that is poorly translated and led to me driving around for 6 months with low volume and muffled sound from the unit compared to the radio. I wracked my brain and read countless Mercedes forums trying to figure out how to adjust the Aux volume to even it out. What I finally found after re-reading the manual and thinking about the translation is the you’ll need to remove the black box (inline amp).The manual reads to remove the black box if you are only getting sound from some speakers. It should read to remove the box if you are only getting some sound from the speakers - aka low volume.Anyway, after removing the box, the sound is excellent and the unit gets 5 stars. I just wish I had thought to re-read the translation 6 months ago!

Most features worked great at first except playing music through Spotify. No amount of troubleshooting fixed a serious lack of volume with Spotify. Then the backup camera we added to it stopped working. Then it stopped connecting to phones (we tried 2 types of Android and Apple phones). And now the screen has every image that has been on it for any amount of time burned into it. When the radio screen is on you can't tell which station you're listening to because the 3 I listen to most are all visible. All in all, it's a purchase I greatly regret.

Loved the features on this android car stereo.But, I can’t find any contact information/ technical support to assist with setup procedures for my car.

Bluetooth connectivity and carplay work great. Everything works except I cant get the original screen to show. Also there is no access to contact the seller/ ask for tech support or troubleshooting. Youtube is your friend.

Honestly so far so so good. I installed the unit on my own I did not have anyone install it. Everything works as advertised. The CarPlay works great I prefer to use the wired because there is zero latency/lag. The wireless is a nice option tho.the screen is buttery smooth and responsive. I really don’t have any complaints other than that the installation was rather difficult not because it was hard to wire up getting it to work was the easy part it was putting it back together that was hard. The wires are super bulky so it was hard to make it fit but if your creative enough it’ll work just fine. Would definitely Recommend you buy it. And a protection plan just in case. If anything goes wrong I’ll update this review

Excelente producto solo hay que seguir el manual de instalación. Se debe entrar en la configuración del equipo que tiene una clave en el manual y ahí se programa para que funcione correctamente. También puedes cambiar los iconos de la pantalla.

After installing the road android stereo, radio is ok but I’m unable to have sound on car play. Don’t know if the AUX is working or not. The car is 2009 Mercedes C300. Also I can’t find Benz on the CAN protocol. Need help. Or should I return the product.10:48 PMI NEED HELP

Not great quality because the screen flickers and has a shake sometimes and also sometimes it has images of recent apps stuck in the background even when you close out the app which sucks because when you go on Google you cant see to good because the screen shows previous app and screen is jumpy cheap for 500+ dollars
