Compared to other LED SCUBA lights out of China, this flashlight is on the pricier range. The construction seems very solid and after four dives to 50+ ft. the light has not leaked yet.That said, there are two major negatives:1) The 120 degree angle is VERY wide and the advertised 1500lm are not nearly enough to provide decent illumination by itself.2) The magnetic switch button sticks out too far and mine has now unintentionally turned on three times in my dive bag and my BC pocket (during a dive! stored there as a backup). Yes, there are work-arounds for that on land and under water, but given the price, one would expect a more fail-safe construction.

For the price, this is a very good light. I've had it diving a few times now with some success. It has a triple o-ring seal which gives me confidence. As another reviewer mentioned, however, the on/off button is way too easy to press: it takes only a very light touch. I'm not sure what the switch mechanism is inside, but I'm hoping it's a sealed magnetic switch.

Used it on 27 dives and it never leaked. Brightness was good, especially at night, but you do need to be within 3 feet or so of something for it to be lit well and colors to really pop. Very even light, and very broad throw. Two of these lights and a GoPro 8 Black were a good combo on a two hand grip. Would have preferred if mount didn't unscrew so easily as the light would often spin out of place when I would jump in the water or if the camera rig bumped against something. Would buy again.

The 1500 lumens seem on the optimistic side, so don't expect this light to be effective beyond a distance of 1m- probably enough underwater anyway (even the strongest strobe is not effective beyond distances beyond 3m).The ball joint connector can come loose very easily and you'd lose the torch. It can be tightened with a pair of pliers or some other instrument, but care should be taken not to scratch the anodize coating.Switch has been already mentioned- it doesn't have any guard or safety block, so it can easily turn on just inside the equipment bag, draining the battery and more important- overheating, so one has to bear in mind to keep the battery out.For the price, it is decent, looks also a good torch for night diving in clear water.Update: after about 50 dives the switch stopped functioning, rendering the torch useless

Great video light, perfect for underwater photography. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the battery, it’s only 1800mah and only lasts for one dive. So I replaced it with a Sony vtc6 battery.

Lo utilicé para filmar buceando con una cámara go pro junto con el accesorio que encargué también por Amazon para fijar la cámara y la luz. Con su ángulo de difusión es perfecto y no es necesario acercarse tanto al objetivo.Ya compré otra y he logrado filmaciones excelentes.

Amazing! I bought two of these and they are just what I needed. I am an underwater cinematographer and these light up my subjects perfectly?They are weighted and balanced perfectly. I love the easy to turn on button vs a twist action. On top of that the red light is perfect as you tread deeper! Great for the money!

The light is bright, but the battery life is very short.In 2yrs, I only got to use the light on one dive. Charge only lasts about 30 seconds.

Light used diving red sea. Max depth 21metres. Light functioned well. Even spread of light on subjects. No hotspots. On off switch stands proud of casing offering easy operation. Even with 1500 lumens for best results close up use offers best results. Overall appears good quality. I'm pleased an considering buying another one to add on.

A very good video light for night photography! Better to use with 26650 battery. On full mode can last for 1.30 hours.

LEDの周囲にリフレクターがないおかげでスポットが出来ず、綺麗な配光になります。そのぶん照射距離は短いのと暗く感じやすいように思います。大型化はしても良いからリーズナブルに価格で4000ルーメン程度になるとかなり実用的になると思いました。付属の電池は容量が小さくて2ダイブ目で輝度が落ちてきました。現在26650を注文して使用して見たら追加でレビューするかも。追記２６６５０（5200mA）を使ったところ40分のダイブを２本行っても一本で十分使えました。スイッチはストレスなく動き、Oリングは劣化もなくグリスも塗ってありました。18650用の内径を小さくするためのアダプターが中に入っています。これは照らす方向に向けて前後に本体を振ると動いて音がしますが使用中に動画を撮影していましたが気になりませんでした。

電源は本体をねじって行われるので、使う時に気を付ける必要がある。モードの切り替えを本体から飛び出しているボタンで操作するので、すぐに扱えるのがありがたい。また、照射範囲が120度となっているがそこまではないようです。
