Feels ergonomic in hands. The holster is awesome too. Cuts great.

Nice and sharp, clean cuts on everything from smaller to larger. Comfortable. Maybe a little bulky, but not bad.

I bought these for a job I was doing where I had to install lot of undercabinet lighting great for cutting tape light. I’ve also used on low voltage cables.

The handles are really great, you can not get close to this leverage with traditional electricians scissors. I do telecom mostly. These are a great in-between for regular scissors and cable cutters. I've put these in-between a wall and my body weight to make cuts, still use that pair today.I was tearing down am equipment room, 8 racks maybe (cat5/6, 50 pair, fiber optic the usual). These cut everything. The cable cutters wouldn't cut the Kevlar in the fiber, the regular scissors couldn't cut any armored cable easily.These went through everything with minimal effort. Worth it for that job alone.That said they only replace my normal scissors when I know I'll be cutting larger cable or multiple cat 6 at a time. I'm just to used to regular scissors for terminating, so they are faster for me.The only flaw I found with these scissors turned out to be my own. I cut some fiberglass strengthening rod in fiber optic cable and it damaged the scissors, just small nicks but noticeable damage. That rod damages everything except Knipex mini bolt cutters anyways so idk what I expected.I bought another pair after that, still use the old pair to cut that glass rod and things they were not intended to.

Seriously great set of snips, I absolutely love these things. They're a bit bulky but it's nice to have the extra leverage when cutting thick cables, the holster works great and makes up for the clunky-ness, and the thick handles can double as a small hammer in a fix (great for hammering on pip bushings etc). They're very ergonomic and have a tab outside of the finger holes that allows you to cut quickly without having to fully put your finger/thumb inside the snips. These have the strongest metal out of any snips I have owned so far, but they will ding slightly if you cut things that are not meant to be cut with a sharp edge tools (thick solid core copper I.E coax etc) Knipex makes great things, and these snips will quickly make it on the list of your favorite tools.

I agree with majority of the other reviews that this is a good quality product but it is not made in Germany. The advertisement states that the country of origin is Germany but it is not. The packaging on mine said it is made in Taiwan, which is fine as products made in Taiwan are usually good quality but the seller should not claim it is from Germany. I brought that issue up with the seller but they did nothing about it. Only other issue is that it is rather small. Otherwise appears to be well-designed shears. We’ll see about durability.
