They are very soft and tasty. It’s not even a months worth ( I knew that before I bought them, but you may not know, so just FYI) you are supposed to take (chew) 3 a day, but this is my second bottle and for whatever reason You are only left with 2 for the last day. Might buy again, but in my opinion the fizzy drink is better and enough for 30 days if you get the 30 pack. I enjoy the orange fizzy drink better than raspberry. The raspberry leaves a weird aftertaste.

The nutritional values are for three gummies which wasn't noted clearly in the description. So this bottle of 45 only has 15 servings. But very good flavor! And much easier to take on the go than the powder envelopes.

These contain a high amount of Vitamin B12 and I had no idea. I looked through the photos and there weren't any pictures of the label. The description says this vitamin contains Zinc and Vitamin D as well as C which is fine, but they did not disclose the high amounts of B vitamins, especially B12, which I cannot have, B vitamins make me break out in horrible cystic acne. I ended up having to give these to friends thanks to the seller not disclosing the presence of high amounts of B vitamins on these. Waste of money. Wish I would have known. Why put all these unnecessary vitamins in a Vitamin C supplement then not disclose it??

I really really like the drink mixes, especially the immunity mixes. I thought it was be a lot easier to get immunity support and vitamins by eating a gummie every day instead of the 8oz drink, i was wrong! This was a regrettable purchase for the following reasons: (1) the gummies are disgusting, they are so sour I make the keystone light face and cannot even do a full chew before I just have to swallow the entire gummie because the chewing/flavor experience is so bad; (2) it only has 15 servings - even though it says 45 gummies, you have to eat 3 a day and I can barely do 1; (3) it is has a lot of sodium, the most sodium I have ever seen in a package of gummies, calories, and also has sugar - which all are not 'healthy' per se. I would rather swig and smash 8oz of water with emergency flavor than eat 1 one of these. I super dislike and will never purchase again and I am disappointed in myself for this purchase :- (

I went to open these, and to my surprise found the seal had already been opened (see picture). Extremely disappointed.
