Anova Culinary (ANOVA)ᴿᴱᴰ Precision Cooker Nano, Black, Small

I've used my sous vide for a LOT of different things, but my favorite use is as a yogurt maker. It perfectly controls the temperature, the #1 important thing to control for thermophilic yogurt (I make Bulgarian yogurt). Perfect soft-boiled eggs, perfect hard-boiled eggs, perfect and juicy chicken - I honestly have zero complaints about buying this. It's become my #1 favorite multitasker. I'm planning on using it to pasteurize my next batch of hard cider, too - the last time I pasteurized hard cider, I tried to do it in a pot of water on my stove, and I had one that exploded - that likely won't be a problem with sous vide.

I received this as a birthday gift and I cooked some steaks and a pulled pork with it and I am very happy with it. Only had one issue while cooking the pulled pork in a large pot it was somehow pulling the water up and leaking by the clamp and cut off in middle of the night due to not enough water. Very easy to use. Feels like it is built well and not cheap.

I have had this product for less than 2 months and the plastic parts on this have melted. Outside if return window and can’t keep customer service. It is no longer usable. Do not buy!!!! Worthless piece of junk.

This was a gift for a gadget/computer-loving friend. He was not familiar with the sous vide system and after one test recipe, was in love. Hard to say how great the Anova is from this experience but he enjoyed his first recipe, really liking the on-line experience; I.e., directing from his phone. He tells me he immediately tried a second and then third recipe. So far, it’s turkey, then steak, and chicken. Hard to say if he will stay “in love,” but he seems to be enjoying its novelty. The apparatus is very sleek and space-age in appearance, also a pro. No cons to report, so far.

I am super thrilled with this device! It's easy to use and easy to control from my phone. Everything I've made has been super tender. The temperature is held for a long time without me having to mess with the machine. Very low noise level. Easy to store. This device actually has made cooking fun again!

This has worked great and is super easy to operate. The Blue-tooth feature is a big plus also. You could spend more, but why? This gets the job done just fine and is easy to use. Highly recommend!

Accurate, reliable and a great value. Alas, it is also quite loud - not a problem if you can tuck it away somewhere while it runs.

I bought this for my husband for his birthday and it’s his new favorite cooking tool. These make the best steaks!!! We have also done tri tip, pulled pork, chicken, veggies… easy to use and seriously no complaints!! Ended buying one for my son-in-law also since she loved the food so much!!!

CRAP. SOLD ON AMAZON UK but is not for use in the UK. Plug and voltage for the US only.

This is NOT for UK use! It is a 120V 60hz appliance which will not work on UK! Why is this available on Amazon.co.uk?!? In effect I received a useless lump of plastic that, if plugged in with an adaptor, could potentially be a fire hazard!
