Good product for children

Hello team,I would like to draw your kind attention that I purchased a piano on 3 rd SeptemberBut I faced one of the worst experience with the product " DOMENICO Electronic Digital Piano ". As per my experience, this is not a good quality product and some keys and buttons of this piano are not working.😞😞Additionally, I tried to return the product and expected return was on 9th September but on that day when delivery boy came at my home then he refused to take back the product.Delevery boy said that this product cannot be taken to the bag because it is a piano and will not fit in the bag. And then he told me that a car will come to take this piano in the evening but no car came that day. This is a totally Dissatisfaction from my side as a customer.👎👎👎👎👎

1- Sound quality is not to the standard of an electric piano.2- good for beginners and for those who are learning just for extra skill.3- Key width might be a problematic issue(only 1.5 cm wide) whereas professional pianos provide key width of 2.3cm .

So I'll share my review in points that I want convey:1. This product in the price range think is justified and is a perfect gift for people who want to learn how to play a piano. If you know that the said person is interested in piano but you are hasitant to buy a good one you can gift this to them.2. The sound is not to the mark, don't expect to get a really good tune. And also the other preset tune or sound mode also goes with the same vibe, it's not to the mark. I have once played and heard a piano in my collage and from then I wanted to learn. But I guess this is good enough to start with.3. The whole thing is very light, so light that I fear it may breake if I even tilt it. But still it's sturdy enough to take your 4 year old's rant. Still please keep your kids away if you don't want it to be broken or have missing keys.4. Lastly, in the said price I guess this is the best keyboard you can get in the market. The mic is decent enough and a not needed feature for me. And there isn't and sd card slot to keep your records, there is a USB jack so I guess the recorded songs can be exported to a pc or laptop. The led that shows the volume and keymobe is simple and ok I think and the drumbs button are kinda nice.Overall, if you are buying this as a gift, the person who will get it will be satisfied if he/she is a beginner and want to learn or a kid whom you want to invest their mind in music or learning. It's totally worth the money and is a bargain in the said price.
