I don't know, I work out a lot, but the bottoms are baggy on my calves/ankles. They're a wonderful material though. Waistband could be better though, whatever elastic is around the very top pinches in, yes it's a "wide" waistband but really there's elastic sewn in differently at the top, it's hard to explain. It's almost as if it was stitched too tight. That would be bearable if they weren't so baggy on my lower legs though. Hardly wear them.

I really like these leggings! I'm 5'8 and about 140 lbs. A lot of the leggings I've bought end up sliding down when I go for a run or workout, but these stayed up without me constantly having to pull them up. My only complaint is that they were a little bit too long.. I'm pretty tall for a girl and these were still too long for me.

Cool pants and pretty good price. If you teeter between two sizes get the bigger size for exercise clothes.

My wife loves it, was a gift for her and always uses this brand for sports, I highly recommend it.
