Very useful.I've used many times and have never made my gums bleed.You will need a steady hand as the kit contains very sharp tools.

Looked good. Case and tools as described but some of the tools were a bit rough and I wouldn't use them on my teeth! I think if you were looking for these tools - pay a bit more and get some tools that you can feel safe using.

I bought this to remove a significant build up of plaque from one of the dogs. She lay calmly and patiently whilst I very carefully chipped away and managed to remove huge sections of calcified plaque. I couldn't believe how well this worked and it got it all off!So my older dog didn't have to endure the stress of going to the vet who would likely have had to anaesthetise her to do the job she allowed me to do at home, whilst lay on her side wagging her tail.It took a couple of sittings to remove it all, basically because I wanted to give my dog breaks.

This is much better quality than I expected for the price. The tools have a reassuring weightiness and precision crafted ends. Easy to use and a decent case to keep them in. It’s exactly what I wanted to help keep my teeth in good condition between dentist visits.

I've bought this based on reviews on Amazon. Will use it just in case but mostly for inspections (mirror and hooks for plaque). However, prior to the first use, I've dipped the tools in boiled water to sanitise them. Once dried (1 to 2 hours), I've noticed some patches of rust on all of them, showing they're not made of stainless steel. I wonder if I can just use them so I'm disappointed... What about the CE certification???
