Sterilite Christmas Ornament Storage Case.

Holds a lot of ornaments. Should be perfect protection for my glass ornaments. Good sturdy plastic.

Exactly as advertised, unfortunately could not find this product on store shelves like it normally would’ve been for $12, so naturally it was price gouged online for $46+. Don’t do it unless you’re desperately trying to store your Christmas ornaments and your local store doesn’t have them in stock.

Having gotten married we acquired many glass/fragile Christmas ornaments that were quite sentimental. As such, we wanted to ensure that they could be stored in separate compartments, safe & secure. Many years ago we had purchased Sterilite Christmas Ornament Storage Cases (3) at a local discount store for far less than what we spent on this one additonal case. We spent $10 each on the exact cases but that was years ago and at a discount store. While it almost killed me to spend 4 times that amount, I know the quality of this particular case and wanted to have uniformity for storage purchases.

This was exactly what I needed. It is sturdy and fits my 3” Christmas tree balls and protects them very well!

I liked that the container has a good closing mechanism. I also like that I can see what is inside without opening it. Finally, it stacks nicely with other similar totes.

I own 2 of these containers now. Though this item is highly over priced,( 4/5 star rating) in my opinion, it’s sturdier then most containers that can be found for your delicate ornaments. The spaces do not hold your larger size pieces but I found those pieces need to be wrapped in bubble wrap and put into boxes anyway. So for your classic sized ornaments it’s perfect. I just add some extra packing and tuck smaller pieces inside and around the corners. Most importantly it can be stacked with all the other boxes you have hidden away for the holidays without any damage to the contents.

These are really for big ornaments but I just put enough ornaments in it to keep them from rolling around and breaking. I have no idea why these are so expensive. I downgraded two stars because of the price.
