Hornbill Smart Door Lock, Keyless Entry Electronic Smart Deadbolts, Remote Control Bluetooth Lock Compatible with TTLock App, Compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant

Purchased Hornbill Smart Door Lock with door knob and additionally purchased the Hornbill Gateway. The lock was super easy to install and use with the TTLock app. I didn’t realize until after the install that the Gateway was necessary for remote use with lock/app. Purchased the Hornbill Gateway, installed it and had to move it a few times in different areas of house for it to connect with a stronger signal to the router and works! Connected with Alexa and I’m loving the new lock! Also LOVE the fingerprint option. So easy to operate.

Super easy install and works with their smart lock as promised. Locking/unlocking the door remotely is a convenience I didn't know I needed.

It doesn’t come with a brick (adapter), so make sure the adapter you use is a good one or one.I initially plug the USB cable to one of the brick I have laying around, and the unit wasn’t coming on. I was ready to return it, then I swap the brick with Apple 5v brick and it works.

It works like it should if you place it between your router and your lock. Make sure the distance isn't more than 20/30 feet from either. The only downside, reason for only 4 stars, is every once in awhile the gateway will go offline randomly. The only fix seems to be to unplug it and plug it back in, which is kind of a hassle cause the plugin is behind a couch lol. Wish they had an updated one that didn't randomly go offline and need to be unplugged and plugged back in every so often.

I purchased a door lock from this same company. My son installed it and was able to figure it out on his own. We called customer country. I purchased this so that i could lock and unlock my door remotely. That is not the case. In the fine print they tell you you need to buy this Gateway. So i did. I have tried to get it to connect to Wifi and or blue tooth and it will not stay connected to either one. Once again i called Customer services.. left 3 more messages.. never got a call back.. so there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! it's been a week and still NO Call back. I contacted amazon tech support and they went around in circles.. all they did was read the descriptions on the website. Amazon help is no replacement for actual manufacturer tech support. I am returning this product. never again with this company!!

It was so easy to setup and it been working flawlessly so far.

I was able to install the product and it worked fine up until I tried to connect to Alexa. Could not get it to connect so called the help number. The help number is in another country and the staff speak such broken English that I finally gave up after trying to speak to 3 different people. Very dissappointed. Site showed multiple other buyers leaving feedback about same problem. No answer ever provided.

Works great! The only issue is it comes with absolutely no instructions! I was able to YouTube how to use!
