I purchased this to use for work and various other things I am involved with where it can be used. I work on the road in the field a lot and it has helped me reduce the paper a lot. I'm a tech type and this was an extremely simple install. Software is very intuitive, I have not yet used " paper port" but I will try it next.

DO NOT BUY these items are not covered by Epson warranty. They are non US serial numbers and sold by unauthorized third party seller. This scanner broke two months after purchase and Epson said serial invalid. Stay far away

I've used epson products for several years. This is the 2nd one of these style (different model) of the scanner. Overall, works pretty well, but has a few glitchy bugs periodically. I'm pretty computer savvy, as I've worked on computers since 1998. So, I'm assuming it's just software issues or connectivity issues that may cause the glitches every so often.

Haven’t used Tech Support but love the portability and Ease of Use of this product.

It dose what you want it to do. The o ly bad is the it dosnt hold a charge long. Have to charge it after ever use.
