It does it’s job
It’s a decent hair straightener. I have thick hair and it will straighten them easily. Didn’t find anything wrong with it.

Buttons in wrong place
Designed wrong. Buttons are where you hold it. Keep turning it off or changing temp as buttons are on the side where you need to hold it comfortably, Impractical, awkward and dangerous to use as can easily burn yourself while trying to hold it so you don’t turn them off.

Lightweight and compact.
I like this hair straightener because it is perfect for my work trips. It is lightweight and compact. Beautiful design and nice colour. Very easy to use, straightforward, it warmed up very fast and doesn’t damage my hair. Easy to hold. Perfect size.
