This is a comfortable, lightweight and high-performance vacuum cleaner and this one is the best handheld vac I have ever purchased and used.The cleaning system is very simple. The vacuum cleaner compartment is disengaged with a small button and can be cleaned from there.In addition, it brings a very useful bag to keep everything together.If you are looking for a portable vacuum cleaner , this is a good option. It works well and does not let you down.The vacuum cleaner also comes with a dust filter that is easily removed for cleaning.The thing that impressed me with this vacuum cleaner is the tool for removing hair and dirt etc. from carpets and other fabric materials. This tool has a rotating brush that is powered by the vacuums battery (unlike most others that only spin with the suction of the vacuum), which makes it really effective.I have been using it to clean the carpet on my stairs and it is unbelievably better at this than my upright wired vacuum is. The first time I used it on the stairs I opened the dirt collection container and could not believe the amount of dust and dirt that it had lifted from my carpet, this carpet was vacuumed daily with a proper upright wired vacuum.The battery is good and lasts about 12-14 minutes continuous use, however if the powered carpet tool is used it will lower the battery time.It is a high-speed train design with elegant appearance, compact and flexible, easy to carry.Great energy, strong and remarkable dust suction.It is super useful and I completely recommended

This is best used on hard surface.In operation,it vacuums dirt, crumbs, hairs, cobwebs and other small items effortlessly.There is another small brush in the pack, which is handy for picking up hair and small bits from carpets or carpeted floor.The crevice tool helps to dig into thicker carpet whilst the dust brush helps remove stubborn dirt whilst the vacuum does the rest. Also the pointed nature of the crevice tool does help in reaching smaller corners and harder to directly access areas. I found the floor nozzle was effective on both wooden and carpeted floors.A single run do the trick most of the time. I'm updating my review as the seller stood by the manufacturer and refunded my money after I was disappointed in the product. While I still believe that the product is not going to work for our needs with the kids and dogs ... I am truly impressed with the A+ customer service without even being asked!

So far, so good. The suction seems to be good. I don't believe anyone makes an excellent mini vac. Used this quit a bit but not for long jobs. I plug it in as soon as I'm through with it.

it's okay but I should have looked at how strong the battery was.. I purchased it to help me clean up cat litter (i have 8 cats) and I have several litter boxes upstairs that I like to keep continually clean and lthis vacuum is very weak in picking up bits of cat litter. Anything of real substance it does not pick up, so I am disappointed in it.

brought it for my camper, but it doesn't pick up as much as I thought it would. the little stones is the problem

The area that comes off to empty the vacuumed up stuff is hard to get off. The vacuum has way too little suction to be of any use. About the only thing I got up was a little dust off my dining room chairs. The battery charge (full) died within 10 minutes of use. I used it twice since I got it. I do not recommend this product to anyone. While it's lightweight and has nice accessories, the battery life and lack of suction makes it junk!
