Will this work with Asus X99-Pro?

It works on my ASUS WS X299 Sage. It did require a BIOS upgrade, which turned out to be tricky. I eventually got it to work. The system is now Windows 11 compatible.

Will it solve by bypassing ftpm stutter using tpm-spi module?

Accepted Answer

Assuming the stutter is being caused by the spi then yes. This is a hardware TPM and not the code based TPM available on some AMD CPUs. I have to admit I've never heard of the spi being responsible for any system instability though so it might be worth contacting the MOBO manufacturer on this issue.

Will this work on an asus b550 creator board with a ryzen 9 5950x 16 core processor?

The only way to know for YOU to know for sure if it will work in your motherboard is to go to the Asus website and download the manual for your motherboard (or look in your manual if you have it). Look under Internal Motherboard Connectors and look for a connector that says "SPI_TPM connector (14-1 pin SPI_TPM)". The 14-1 pin connector is a 15 pin connector with one pin blocked so you can only plug it in one direction on the motherboard.

The second option is to check and see at the Asus Website if your BIOS has an update that activates the TPM on your Ryzen 9 5950x Processor itself. If it does then you do not need this module, you can activate TPM in the BIOS Settings.

This module works in my Asus TUF Gaming X570-Plus (Wi-Fi) Motherboard. After I purchased this TPM Module, Asus came out with a patch in their BIOS update that activated the TPM on my Ryzen 5 3600 Processor. So now I have both and I can switch between them in the BIOS Settings.
