Big fan of jerky. I ordered a bag because I wanted to try something new. I understand my tastes are different than others. First, this jerky is NOT BAD ( & IVE HAD MY LEGITIMATE SHARE OF BAD BEEF JERKY OVER THE YEARS). it is tender, easy to eat, and heavily seasoned (i hate chewy, dry jerky) Second, and this is 100% my personal opinion, the jerky is WAY too sweet. it is glazed into oblivion and seriously sweet, with a slight teriyaki/fishy aftertaste (as was expected). it doesnt taste lemon-y at all.I think ill stay w/ my standard favorites, but happy I tried it! I cant vouch for what you think an ideal jerky should taste like, but it just wasn't for me.

Very high quality
Absolutely delicious. Have other fish jerky and flavors but this is my favorite. Very high quality, well prepared and package. Makes a pleasant mix of the marinade and marlin. No strong fishy taste.

You won't like this, you will hate it. By all means please, do not buy this... More tasting research is needed and if it's unavailable, then I will not be able to complete said research.

It tastes AWESOME !
This is the best tasting fish jerky I have had in my life. I'm 61 I've live by the ocean and eaten fish all my life. This product is KICK ASS GOOD. Take it from a Pescatarian, I know quality seafood/jerky when I eat it. I'm buying 2 next time. I couldn't stop eating it :)

Almost all the jerky is sticky and clumped together. Hard to pull apart.
Too sweet and sticky. It has a good taste but could be better if it was less sweeter and a little drier.

Best Jerky I have got in a long time
This is great jerky! Made in Hawaii makes it highly desirable, got a nice hint of lemon and just the right amount of sweetness!

Very good jerky! Sweet, but salty but with a hint of lemony flavor. The flavor isn't too salty...its more sweet. I could eat the whole bag at once if I wanted to! The jerky is tender but still has good structure. This is a very good value, with a full 16 oz in there! I'll be buying more of this brand, for sure!

tried to like it as hard as i could... sorry, its just too sweet. tastes like fish candy. disgusting. now im stuck with like a pound of it... save your money
