Just rec'd my 12 cup bundt pan. upon washing, noticed rough ridges inside and scratches outside. concerned for rust!!!! normal???

The inside of mine is smooth and the outside is a bit rough. It’s the inside that’s important.

What is the nonstick coating made of?

I'm not sure but it works well.

How much does it weigh?

I don't have a scale to actually weigh it, but I can tell you it is a good weight. I have an old Nordic bundt cake pan from the 1970s and this new one is not nearly as heavy as the old, but it is not thin and flimsy like the other brands you can find in the retail stores. Very good quality, as Nordic Ware tends to be. I totally recommend.

Is this pan available in stainless steel? If not, is it available in hard anodized or at least anodized as opposed to coated aluminum?
