Do they make these with female plug the connector from furnace wiring is male as well or can I direct wire it and if so can wires be connected wrong

This ignitor is designed for 120 volt applications. Some older furnace models use an 80 volt ignitor, and sometimes the plug is reversed to prevent connecting the wrong item. If you are replacing a 120 volt ignitor, it can be connected with the included high temp. wire nuts. Polarity is not critical. Thanks for your inquiry.
