These blade holders were a pleasant surprise..I didn't realize both ends were available. One for a regular steel blade & plastic on the other for "non-stick surfaces. They come with a generous supply of both blades. The hand held portion is very firm to allow for good scraping. I ordered extra to share with family & they love them too!
