These are great if you want to carry your gym around in a bag. I bought them to be able to use in hotel rooms when I travel so I would have a way to do a quick workout and not have to bring weights or anything like that. Having resistance when you work out is key And while you can use body weight for some things… When you were stuck in a hotel, especially if the weather is terrible outside you may not have something like a pull up bar or something else like that. These can go through airport security without a problem and provide plenty of resistance to be able to do lots of different exercises like resistance curls, resistance push-ups, and many other exercises. Their other advantage is that they don’t weigh very much so they don’t rob you of being able to put other stuff in your luggage.

Came well packaged, high quality...rubber? I guess it's rubber. My biggest complaint is that the carabiners that clip the handles onto the straps are a bit small, I worry about scoring the rubber and creating weak spots. The over the door thing is not the best quality I've seen, I think it will not last too long. The book that's advertised does not come with the equipment, and there are no directions for getting it. I ended up googling, going to their site and downloading it, which I could have done without the purchase. It's of debatable use if you don't have a hip-height railing available that's equal to the load. Not the manufacturer's fault, but for future purchases, I would want to add a bar with a single attachment point that was big enough for two hands. The documentation says these are only good for 6 months, which probably means they're limiting their liability to that time period, but that's a lot of repurchasing.

This is exactly what I needed in my home gym. I love the combination of bands and straps. I can get a full workout without having to lift major weights. They allow me to have full range of muscle control. They are very sturdy to include the hand straps which I was a little concerned about but after running them through several vigorous work they are holding up quite nicely. I have convinced a few others to purchase this particular product so they can join in my weekly training sessions. The carrier bag could be a little bigger and the retainer bands could be a little thicker. I like to put them back into their original CONFIGURATION after I used them so I dont get them tangled and all over the place. That's my OCD. If they do become stressed and or break I can say I've gotten my money's worth out of them. I am hard on my toys.

These are great. I can what them around my chair at work and do pec/biceps/triceps and lats. I can do squats to failure (cant do no more) by wrapping around a pole or small tree. I even feel my abs kicking in when doing little seated leg extensions. The hardest thing was figuring out how to cover each body area. There is a book (but i cant find where I put it).

I have searched many similar products on Amazon and ordered this one finally. And they did not upset me indeed. They have clear weight indications: yellow 5-15LB, red 15-35LB, black 30-60LB, purple 40-80LB, and green 50-125LB. Thus I can make a plan of my exercise with number rather than colors in my journal. I ordered this on Friday and it came on Sunday, really fast delivery. With a storage bag, light weight and takes little space in bag. They have detail free eBook, which can be down to the mobile phone. Really Easy and Convenient, isn’t it? Doing exercise in anytime and anywhere! If you are new to the resistance bands, you will not be disappointed. You will get 5 bands, handles, door anchor, carrying bag, and brief workout guide. It is really worth a try. Just follow the workout guide and learn to use them. There is a slight learning curve to get used to them but once you do, it is a great tool to have in your gym. Also great for those who travel and can't make it to the gym. The set comes with a travel bag that keeps everything together.

Bands broke during light use. Luckily it did not rebound back and cause physical harm. Look for a higher quality band.

I was worried at first that this would be a waste of my money as I might not use them at all. At first it was difficult to implement them into my training however after watching a few videos on YouTube I was confident that I could use them effectively. When I bought these I could not do a single pull-up. Cut to now, only a month or so later, I can comfortably do sets of 5 and have noticed a considerable change to my lats. Aside from their use being exceptional, they look and feel very professional, upon receiving the package I felt like I was getting my money’s worth. They are very high quality and I do not regret buying them one bit. I cannot recommend these enough to weight/resistance training beginners but could not comment on their use for more advanced athletes.

+ Amazing value for money. + Quality seems good (Used this set for 15-20 training sets so far and all was fine) + The door anchor is super useful (Make sure to use a solid door though, and personally I wouldn't use it too far from the hinges or the lock) + Can work pretty much every muscle with this. Loads of resources online. - Would have been glad for an additional band on the high end for some exercises, but using two band together also does the trick. Didn't find any other set that had a thicker one included, only for separate purchase. Straps for attaching to legs would also have been cool, but this is all a bit of a wishlist, what you get for the price is really fine. - The attached instructions are more or less worthless

J'ai pas mal hésité à prendre des bandes de résistances élastiques, et lesquelles !!???? Au début j'avais trouvé un modèle, je comptais en prendre deux de résistances différences afin de travailler les bras avec l'un et les jambes avec l'autre. Finalement ensuite je suis tombé sur ce lot de 5 bandes, 2 poignets, une fixation de porte, et pour bien moins chère que d'autres lots, je me suis dit, essayons... et franchement c'est du tout bon. Prendre juste de bandes comme je voulais faire au début, c'est déjà bien, mais il manquera toujours quelques choses pour faire tel ou tel mouvement, et c'est vrai que ce lot de 5 bandes et accessoires remplissent complétement la panoplie, j'adore !!! La qualité est là, bien emballé individuellement dans un sac plastique, tout ça dans une pochette de nylon noire pour permettre de tout ranger par la suite ou tout emmener à la salle, en vacances, en déplacement. Au début je n'ai sorti que deux bandes, la rouge et la noire, puis finalement la violette et la verte, et du coup j'ai tester la jaune (très light) mais finalement très utile pour se chauffer les muscles. Et cerise sur le gâteau !!!, lisez bien le descriptif produit, ces bandes élastiques de résistances différentes et les accessoires, tout ca est garanti à vie !!!! Oui !!!! Donc si au pire une bande se rompt après quelques semaines se sera un défaut de fabrication, et le vendeur vous en renverra une après demande auprès de lui. Et si une bande se rompt après plusieurs années, se sera une rupture d'usage, et le vendeur vous en renverra une tout de même parce que c'est garanti à vie !!! Donc pourquoi hésiter avec d'autres modèles, moins complet, et avec une garantie de 1 ou 2 ans comme on peut trouver dans les grandes enseignes sportives. Moi perso, je suis très satisfait, j'ai fait un bon choix et suis très content d'avoir pris un set complet de 5 bandes, comme cela j'ai toujours la résistance adaptée au travail souhaité.
