I'm a big fan of workout supplements, though I don't always take them during my workout. I've tried numerous intra-workout supplements, and have not been sold on one until this. The Scivation Xtend Intra-Workout Catalyst works exactly as described. I've tried all of the flavors, and lemon lime is by far my favorite. Not too sweet, with a little bit of that Tang aftertaste! The BCAA breakdown in the product is ideal for helping me through my early morning pre-breakfast workouts, and helps me feel as though I can push through the sets I need to at 5:30 or 6:00 am. In combination with any decent pre-workout, I've never had a problem coming out of the gym feeling like I lifted my best.

I love the flavor of this and it definitely aids in recovery! I add 5g of glutamine, 3g of creatine HCL and 30g of lemon-lime Gatorade powder to 1.5 scoops of Xtend and drink it during my workout and it's provided amazing results over the past few months. Xtend BCAA's will forever be a staple in my supplementation. not only does this have more BCAA for the price than other brands but it also includes glutamine AND Citrulline malate! You really don't need any other extras but I like to add more glutamine and the carbs in Gatorade powder to shuttle the BCAAs to the hungry muslces faster.

Taste a bit more like lemonade than lemon lime but I'm ok with that. I've tried two other BCAAs, both unflavored, and one tasted strongly of burnt hair. The other one should have been labeled hazardous to human health. This taste good and I don't think the flavoring is there to mask and anything funky. I think they would be close to tasteless without the flavor. I don't know about the effectiveness of BCAAs yet but I add lysine to it. From what I've read I believe lysine will increase the effectiveness and I had it lying around, so why not.

I put 1 scoop large blender cup with ice and add 2/3 water, fill remainder with seltzer water, just amazing!

Value 9/10 90 7.5 gram servings for 55 dollars at my local shop Effectiveness 9/10 4 grams of leucine, 2.5 of both isovaline and valine, 2.5 citrulline malate, and 2 glutamine. I took during every workout and it proved to be very effective. I could pump out more reps than normal and also it helps you not waste muscle while lifting very hard, especially while cutting. Taste 9/10 Watermellon taste was great, mixology was fine, bcaa is very hard to mix and scivation did a great job mixing this Overall 10/10 Everyone needs BCAA and if you aren't taking you are missing out. Helps recovery, prevents catabolism, increases muscle and tastes good!

I've been using this for about a month now and can't say enough great things about it. This product has a 2-1-1 ratio which is great and the 90 serving size gets you more for the money. I never used BCAA's when I work out and I've been doing so for the past 20 years off and on. This product gave me endurance and also aided me in recovery. My workouts for the past year have been brutal. My workout consists of using weights first then sprints to then steady state cardio. After my workout I have been completely depleted of energy and felt sluggish and sore. While using this product for the past month, I no longer had any of these issues after my workouts. As another reviewer stated, there's only 3 grams of Glutamine in this product. I add another 5 grams to get the daily recommended amount needed for recovery. Since there's no product details on Amazon I thought I'd share that info. You're probably asking the same questions I asked myself before I decided to purchase this. What made me decide to purchase this product were the 5 star reviews. Posting this review specifically for the Lemon lime flavor. I can't really say if this stuff works but I like taking some aminos with no extra sugar and have read good things about citruline malate for endurance training. I train 90% of the time in a fasted state so amino acids are necessary before and while working out. Love the lemon lime flavor. Normally I get the watermelon but this was cheaper at the time and figured why not give it a shot since watermelon is pretty sweet IMO. I don't like sweet tasting drinks at all and this flavor isn't overly sweet or overly tart. Subdued flavor and good balance of sweet and tart that I would liken to Lemon Lime Gatorade but even not as sweet as that. I mix 1 scoop with 16oz squirt bottle so it's a bit watered down as well. YMMV!

I love this flavor. The lemon lime has a great taste and it's not too sour. I love that the taste isn't chalky as well.

味はすごく濃い。ビックリした！！俺は1000mlで、スプーン8割でちょうど良いです。 飲みやすいしEAAと一緒に混ぜてトレーニング中に飲んでます。オススメです！
