I was surprised that I actually love this unit, having used several other units for recovery before from more expensive brands, this one can hold it’s own! I am a long distance runner and cyclist using this for recovery, and it has been an excellent tool for me so far. It does need more sizing options though and would be great if you could add other attachments (for arms and hips). While this works perfect for me (For reference I am 5’6” and average muscular build), it is a little snug and not long enough for my husband who is 6’1” and 215lbs. He still uses it but it doesn’t get all the way up his thighs. I think the pressure settings are great, and the different modes give you several options. I have not had it long enough to speak to its long-term durability so we’ll see on that and will update my review if needed. Definitely worth it if you are looking for circulation help or recovery.

I received this item yesterday and tried it out last night after following changing instructions. First off, I ran through the entire set of treatment sequences and never once did the right foot chamber of the leg sleeve fill or provide pressure. Can this be part of the design? Then, I watched the product usage video that Amazon posted and realize that ALL chambers SHOULD fill. So this items does not work properly. Looking more closely at the video it appears the company sold me an OLD model of this product and they have upgraded the design and operation since then. Some of the things on the old model they sold me--like the insertion points for the hoses--is VERY hard to use and I can understand the redesign. While I did get a good discount, I was not informed I would be sold an outdated product. This version does not even appear in their demonstration video. WHY? I am very pissed about this and it seems like it's very hard to reach the seller because this item was sold by Amazon. They're probably going to just tell me to return it for a refund, but I really WANT this product for health reasons and I am sure I will not get the discount on an updated version of this product. Buyer beware, if you are offered a discount on this product you might get an inferior version of this thing too!

I own myriad LifePro products and am so pleased with all of them. The leg compression massager boots don't disappoint. They offer variable level of intensity of compression in different modes that go from your toes to your upper thigh. My husband and I both use it. I am 5'3" and he is 6'0" and it fits both of us. It comes in a really sturdy and convenient carry case which stows away nicely when not in use. It's a great post exercise experience to sooth sore muscles and is also relaxing. As always LifePro has fantastic products and amazing customer service.

I've wanted to get something like this since using them in the hospital a few years ago, but I was skeptical of the quality that I saw in the cheaper products. For one thing, the pumps didn't sound very relaxing, more like they were ready to break. The video this product had sold me on this one because I can hear the difference between this and the others (most other product videos just have music for some reason). This costs a lot more than some others, but after using it I think it's worth it. The pump is quiet and is relaxing, not bone jarring. Valves actuate quietly, too. The battery seems to last forever, or at least as long as you should use it (90 minutes max.). The leg sleeves are durable and easy to use with the zippers. One thing I'd like to see is a minimum pressure adjustment. The bags spend a lot of time inflating just to start getting pressure on your legs, and it would be great it it would deflate only partially to a loose fit. Still not bad after a couple cycles have inflated them a bit. Having min/max pressure adjustments for each area would be awesome.

I've had problems with swelling in my quad, knee and calf relating to surgery a few weeks ago and ongoing physical therapy. My physical therapist had recommended I consider purchasing a leg massager made by a company in the UK, that has a great reputation--but is really (really!) expensive. I"ve been using the Lifepro Axis leg massager for a couple of weeks now, and am very impressed and pleased with it. It is very well made, has a nice selection of settings and the unit works for multiple uses on a single charge (it is easily portable). I have found it helps reduce swelling and also has helped improve flexibility in my knee after I've used it. I think this is an excellent value and a great product!

It didn’t work. I put together all the tubes and plugged it in and nothing happened. Didn’t show it was charging, nothing. It made a beep like it was turned on when I pressed the power button but nothing popped up on the screen or anything. Returning unfortunately.
