I bought these for my daughter after an injury she had. She's an athlete so she's always either doing rehab, physical therapy, or rehab for her sport. We loved these bands with different resistance, and they came in her favorite color purple. They have a large selection of colors that you can get them in. They were so versatile that she could use them with many of the different exercises she needed to do. Very effective. Great quality and she's still using them! When you get them, they come with a cute little bag with a drawstring so you can take them with you to the gym, home, or even when you travel. My daughter took them all the way to Maui and back. Definitely recommend.

Took some time to really use these, put them through some workouts...The levels of resistance meets my needs and also my teenage son who also uses them. These are use for home workouts, so barefoot all the time and they're slippery nor greatly grippy. Very versatile for the workouts, fit nice and snug to my feet, ankles, knees, hands...not bad. Good quality from the amount of time I've had them and used them. Longevity remains to be seen but for now I am pleased.

These are great. The only thing I don’t like about them is that they can roll up and that hurts when you’re trying to stretch. It like digs in a bit. But I’m guessing if you’re not thick in the thighs, it may be ok for you. The size of are exactly the size that I use in PT. They work sufficiently. They are pretty durable.

Great bands and very durable. I bought them and was skeptical about them because I have never used bands before. After 3 months, great bands and good strength. I did receive an email from the company when I first got them. Very Good!

They are big and the x heavy isn’t heavy . If you have larger thighs and just getting into working out these would be good. If you are on the tiny side and workout frequent I wouldn’t recommend .
