Compatible with TP-Link
These SFP+ connectors are compatible with my TP=Link 10G switch. Other Intel and AVC sfp+ connectors have had issues with connecting at 10G speeds and MLX Connect-X3 cards. These connectors or GTek appear to have no issues with the newer cards. My Intel/AVC connectors worked fine in Connect-X2 cards.

Not operable in our labs
Our engineers won't use these SFP's in their lab setups but instead reach for the equivalent FS.com brand or the Intel brand SFP's. Not sure what's not working except that a signal is being lost or reduced during testing.

Poor optics
Power output on transmit is below spec for most switches. And these would get significantly hotter than other brands I had purchased prior. Just not great transceivers.

Not for Video
I’m sure it works for network protocols but will not work with SDI video converters like BlackMagic or Aja.
