Really nice pressure washer, the wheels are not made of great material, but does not impact the overall use, so great product go for it!Update: It started leaking a lot of water after the fifth use, I sent pictures and videos to the Arksen customer service and after a few rounds of emails they sent me a new one. Great customer service!

Worked well for about 2 months then motor on It craps out. Same thing happened to 2 of my friends when we ordered them around the same time and all of them the motor craps out after 2 month. Not worth It.

It's a great machine. I've found it to be more powerful than gas powered washers and it's lightweight. The only thing that I've found that could be better ate the wheels could be made of a better quality plastic or something because 1 wheel broke within the first two weeks of me using it.

Weather has been terrible to use it, but used it to wash the swimming pool cover and it worked great.

I rated this as "It's Okay" based on a few important details. 1) I've experienced what others here have written: The instructions are terrible. There are no instructions about how to turn the detergent reservoir on or off. There is a selection of nozzles that come with this machine but there are no descriptions or instructions regarding what they are, what they're for, or how to use them. The manual instructs to "Press the Start/Stop switch" when in fact there is a dial that you turn for this. Last, the "Install indicator diagrams" are so small that they're impossible to read. Appropriately so, the warnings and cautions are detailed and prominent, but the details listed above on how to use this machine are non existent.

Worked great for about a month then started having issues it creates enough pressure but for some reason it doesn’t relief the pressure when you let go of the Handel and you have to shut the machine off and depress the trigger Handel releasing the pressure and then start the machine up with the Handel depressed. Also the soap function is dysfunctional does not draw from the soap reservoir while using the soap tip. Overall not a value for your money but it’s a cheap product and I didn’t expect a quality product.

A great purchase. I admittedly don't have a lot to power wash, so the combination of price and power, 3000 psi was perfect.
