I wear a 15 4E in most shoes and these socks fit great! I am not diabetic, but a big guy, so with most dress socks I end up with a circle around my calf from the tiny elastic around the tops of most brands after wearing them all day. Not so with these! The top is very stretchy and keeps the socks up without being constrictive. The bottoms have a sole slightly thicker than the rest of the sock for comfort, and look to be durable so far (but hey, they are socks; how durable is the average sock anyway?) I wish I would have bought these years ago and highly recommend.

I ordered these because I was having an allergic reaction to the latex in other types of spandex. They are very soft and comfortable and easy to get on.

My husband bought these for me for Xmas and while I was skeptical at first, they are actually very comfortable and I like them.

I got these because I have huge ankles and it's super hard to find socks that don't choke them. These are nice and wide but they also have a weird, slippery feel. They don't stay in place that well and tend to rotate slowly around the foot. They also have a strange clingy quality where they seem to pick up every piece of lint and junk on the floor, like I'm wearing velcro or something. But they fit well, and they don't strangle my freakishly wide ankles, so I can't complain.

I first bought Medipeds at Walmart because they were so much cheaper than other brands and material and overall design quality seemed the same. The problem was that the normal size runs small so when I put them on they would not cover the bottom of my feet and part of the ankle portion of the sock would extend over my heel--which I could also feel and was not very comfortable. These fit perfectly, but have only seen them available here on Amazon.

Nice socks that don’t shrink too much when washed. My Dad is 6’, 170lbs and is in a wheelchair all day long. All other socks leave indentations on his legs. His legs are not large, in fact I’d say they are skinny. These socks do not cause indentations and also stay up. They are soft and not too thick. I will buy them again.

I really like these socks! They are not too high and they stay put. The material stretches well to put them on, no struggle. They don't lose their shape or size in the wash and they are not flimsy. I purchased them last year for my husband too and he won't wear any other kinds. He has big feet and more slender ankles and these socks are perfect. This year i purchased them as gifts for my elderly father and uncle and they love them too! I don't have anything negative to say about them. They came on time and packaged good.

Socks are really comfortable to wear even with variable swollen feet. The fit is good.
