The formula is different doesn't have the gritty feel for the needed exfoliation.

Use this on a daily basis. It does what it claims to do. I like using the product. The only complaint I have is that the container is small. I knew the size when I bought it no big deal but it is a bit pricey for the size, thus for stars. That said it works great and will not stop me from buying again.

Update! The customer service got back to me very fast and in around week I was able to get new replacements! The customer service was fast and kind, definitely awesome! Overall the product works really well! Although it maybe less amount than some other companies, it’s easier on the skin while being very effective! There was just half in one, and the other was literally drowned in water, for the price I assumed it would be better but this is horrible…
