I wanted an affordable case with a design I liked. I needed a case that would protect the computer from scratches, but I didn't need a tech suit of armor. This is the second time I have purchased this specific brand. The price point is great, and they were having a sale when I bought the second one. They are easy to install and easy to remove. The case snaps firmly into place, and doesn't shift or rattle. There are a variety of designs, and I feel like they are cheap enough that you could play around with different ones.Cons: Durability is an issue. The rubber feet peel off easily--glue doesn't seem to help much. Also, the plastic can be brittle. The plastic clips will eventually snap off. I had one of these cases on my MacBook for a few years, which is actually impressive for a case at this price point.Great value. Won't last forever. Have fun swapping out different designs. Also, the stickers will stick to the case material, if that's your thing.

I use my laptop on my lap and every now and then it takes a dive to the floor. I just replaced my old computer, mainly due to one to many of such dives. I got this one. It is very basic plastic. The finish is a soft matte and it pops right on and stays on. My computer closes easily. For under $20 I'm very happy to find an easy solution to my problem. I didn't rate durability as I just got it. For this price I'm not worried about durability. It seems solid enough.

My wife had a clear cover for her A1990 Macbook Pro 15" inch and asked me to order her a new one. I picked this turquoise color because it matched our kitchen. It came undamaged and very quickly. It was a good fit, the top fit perfectly actually, and the bottom left the ports open as much as my other cover. So, I think it is a great fit for this particular laptop. So, if you have the A1990 Macbook Pro 15" inch, I wouldn't hesitate getting these covers because they are a great fit and stay attached well.

Overall, this product is great especially for the price. The only thing is that the cover it not entirely smooth, it feels like it has specks of sand in it, leaving a weird texture. Nothing you can't get over though. The color is beautiful and is a bit more purpley in person, rather than a periwinkle. Highly recommend!

the case itself is pretty sturdy, the plastic is what you would expect. as for putting it on the macbook though, it is a little difficult... i don't think i'm the problem by ordering the wrong size or something, but i was not able to fit the bottom and the top parts of the case on the laptop at the same time. Not that i really needed the bottom though, because to be honest, i just bought the case so i could put stickers on my macbook without them being on the actual laptop. oh also it's not sheer at all. you can't see the logo through the case like how you can in the picture.other than that the case is great! this is not a negative review, just stating the truth!

Product is listed as 'clear' but I received an opaque/frosted case. I will return the product. Also it doesn't allow the laptop to close fully, there was a small gap between the top and bottom of my laptop due to the case.

Very easy to install on my MacBook and the black looks nice, only downside is it really shows fingerprints. Offers basic scratch protection, not much else. Really good fit!

I’ve used the black one, even though it was $49 when I ordered it, I didn’t mind paying $68 for the blue one. It’s hard to find this good and durable of a casein.

This is a great hard-shell case for my Macbook Pro. It fits at the bottom like a glove. The Apple logo is also visible through the cover, so that's a great feature.
