Absoutely brilliant for one or two people, holds more than you would think and works perfectly ! Food steamed in it tastes so much better than anything cooked by the more "traditional" method of boiling . Very easy to use and easy to clean , excellent value !

I am over the moon I have found this little Gem! It cooks any vegetables in the microwave to perfection! Before I used to boil my veg in a saucepan and always overcook them. Not anymore with this amazing little container!

Wanted to make tea time easier always boiling a bit of veg for the little ones so decided to try this it’s so easy and veg taste much better carrots only took 5 mins in microwave they came out soft and tasty better than boiled in the pan it’s a good size to going to get another one

Simple device that works well, although the lid does need a bit of force to close it.

Its OK and contrary to some of the critical reviews, it is a steamer. Water up to thee bottom of the slotted tray and open the vent. It boils the water which steams the veg - simples. But it does get very hot and its difficult to get the veg out once cooked. I cooked a Jersey Royal potato in it in 6 mins but it went an odd grey colour with a few minutes. But have a ever cooked new potato's in a microwave before? No I haven't

Functional, size is enough for two people, have used it to steam vegetables and have been pleased with the results. Just put water in the bottom up to the tray level, pop veggies in, cover with lid, pop open vent, and place in microwave, couldn’t be any easier. Can withstand a 1000 w heat. Doesn’t take up space, a handy little gadget. Recommended

Works well, only problem is there is a finger hole in the internal mesh for extracting it and peas fall through it.
