DAVIDJONES Black Classic Girls Mini Vegan Leather Backpack Shoulder Bag for woman

Got this as a gift over a year ago. I love it, and use it all the time. It is very comfortable, sturdy (mine still looks brand new: the photo shows it after 10 months of use), and the zippers work smoothly. It fits a lot for its size--though I just read some reviews saying it's small, which I assume are people who are comparing it to a normal backpack? I can carry my wallet, face sunscreen, some makeup, tissues, kindle, journal, pencil case, and still have around 30% space left.The only con I have is the top strap: it tends to lay flat rather than have a nice rounded shape. (Compare my photo to the advertised photo).

My girlfriend was looking for a small backpack. Keep in mind, she would be transitioning from a designer side bag and needed an alternative to hold her things. This bag had caught our attention with it’s design and reviews. We were caught in between getting a white or black one. Later, we decided to order the black version to keep it clean. When we received the bag, she absolutely loved the structure of the bag. Like others, there was a strange chemical smell that needed to be aired out (We waited about 48 hours before she used it). After about three weeks of use, my girlfriend absolutely loves it. She says that it’s comfortable to wear all day because the straps are padded. The only downside was that the backpack was a little smaller than she wanted. We definitely recommend this bag to anyone carrying small essential items such as a cell phone, wallet, make up purse, water bottle. I attached photos of the product to this review, hope that helps!

Very cute but it is small does not fit my Ipad as shown in the photo, that made me a little sad, but in truth it is pretty.

I ordered this for my daughter as a Christmas present and on the 4th or 5th day the zipper on the bag broke, I won't be purchasing anything from David Jones again!

Updated - More than 3 years later and the bag is still going strong. No chips or flacking. A zipper handle did come off but it was easy to fix myself. Still recommend.Great size. Fits iPad mini, notebook and 3 normal sized plastic water bottles in the main pocket all at once. Sturdy and durable. Would recommend

It's very small. The sleeve pockets on the sides and inside the compartment can't really hold anything. It's not functional enough for me, though I did like the straps. I can see the surface will probably peel off easily, as there was a defect on the hand strap on top when I first received this purse. Not worth the money.

Perfect size to fit my wallet, tissues, small tube of lotion, keys, etc. and still has some extra room! The faux leather is great quality and looks very accurate to the displayed product pictures. The bag is a little stiff and somewhat difficult to open/bend, but am sure in time will relax and stretch out once worn in. I really like that the bag has zippers instead of a draw string so I don't have to worry about it opening up or becoming loose. The interior pocket and zippered pocket are somewhat smaller than expected, but can still fit what is needed. Have been looking all over Amazon for a small black leather backpack purse and the price really does give you the better quality you'd be looking for than if you settled for a $20 bag. The bag does not look or feel like cheap quality that will break or ware any time soon. Plus when I checked out I was given a discounted price than what is listed.
