Amazing highly recommend
I have sciatica this has helped soooo much I do notice the difference if I don’t use one night. Would definitely recommend for sciatica and hopefully works well for you to!

Much thinner than it looks on Amazon.
I was disappointed when I opened this and was expecting it to look the same as on Amazon. It is paper thin. It does give a little support but not that much.

A bit disappointing, but still seems comfortable
When I got it out of the package, it was completely flat, but it is memory form and it took a couple of hours to completely inflate back to its normal shape.It is flatter than the product photos seem to show.But it’s still comfortable and I like the groove and subtle bumps that press into your lower spine.Hopefully it’ll help my hip and lower back problems.

Really helps my lumbar
I found this just the right size support for my lumbar when used with Ikea Markus chair. The fabric zip case is a soft stretchy material, but the zip is not very strong and I do not recommend trying to unzip. Mine is now stuck in open position.It can be rolled up for travel, but I expect the the tension will be to much for the fabric seams if using the existing strap. Would make a nice sewing project. If I had time I would make a new case with uphostery linen and better quality zip.

Not what i wanted ot for but good
Sadly this just didn't work for me as a sleep aid, probably because I move around a lot and sleep on my sides mostly? But I persevered for a over a week before giving up due to pain. However I now use it on the sofa as lumbar support and it's great.

Bought this item for my wife you has major issues with her lower spine..it seems to help her sit without any discomfort.
