Great bunny house
This hutch was easy to put together with clear instructions. All wholes lined up and took about an hr. It had a woody cedar smell out of the box, but disappeared within the day. It’s not a robust piece of furniture, but for the price, this is excellent and I would recommend. This is the only hutch that I could find in this style with wire grates and water proof pullout trays.

Great quality for price and looks good too!
I was looking for a hutch for our families bunny. What prompted me to buy this hutch was that it wouldn't be an eyesore in our home. So glad I bought it. The price is right, the quality is great, it wasn't difficult at all to put together, and our bunny loves it!The only downside is that it is a little time consuming to clean. The trays pull out for easy cleaning, however, the depth of the trays are not deep, so when you pull the trays out the bedding gets all over the place.Despite this minor complaint, I would still highly recommend this product.

Sturdy and spacious
I bought this for my Guinea pig. She loves it. Tons of room for her to move about, easy access to feed her and clean her cage out. There is a pull out tray that her poop and pee fall onto for easy cleanupAnd she isn’t moving around in it. She has chewed the wood inside but it’s not destroyed. The top opens for easy cleaning as well and there is a hay trough for her hay. I did have to make a spot for a water bottle. Other than that it’s functional and easy.

Awful hutch it leaks urine directly onto my floors not suitable for indoor use.
The hutch was fairly quick and easy to assemble, the quality of materials definitely isn't great. Even though it was assembled correctly it leaks urine onto my floors. The bottom tray isn't fully sealed so urine runs through the seam and down the wheels. This is a huge issue since my rabbit insists on relieving herself in the corners of the cage. There are also gaps around the floor that catch feces and is difficult to clean. I have to clean the cage/floor atleast twice daily to keep things sanitary. If your rabbit is normal and doesn't press their bum against the cage walls to potty then its probably great.

Cute, not necessarily sturdy.
For starters, they ate through the wooden door in the hutch area, so maybe my critters are just jerks, but I think plastic around the doors would have been a better design. It is VERY cute and decently structurally sturdy. The plastic (“glass”) top of it is so unbelievably flimsy and pops out of there with just a couple pounds of pressure and once it pops out it folds trying to go back in and is bowed in and trashy looking.

Clean, cute, cozy
I don’t think I have ever been as pleased with an Amazon purchase as I am with this hutch. Our rabbit, my daughter and I LOVE IT. I was really debating on whether or not to keep our rabbit just because it was so hard to keep his last cage clean and move around. This IS NOT A CAGE… this is a home. He uses all the space which I was nervous about. I was expecting him to not use the ramps or lay on the wire mesh. All I need to do is change the pee pad on the bottom tray once or twice a day and I’ll continue spraying the mesh down with alcohol once every few days. On top of that, I think it is so cute! It is VERY WELL MADE and easy to assemble. I put it together in front of the rabbit so that way he could see it being built and get a little familiar with it. I was able to get it together in about 1 1/2 - 2 hours, taking my time. t’s easy to move as my 4 year old rolls it from room to room. I really did not want to give up and send the rabbit back. I actually enjoy having him now. WE LOVE IT!

Happy little rabbit!
Our rabbit loves it! Its so easy to put together, it gives the option for the wire flooring which is nice if your rabbit isn’t litter box trained or if you dont want to clean it all the time. My daughter is able to clean it by herself with the pullout trays which is very helpful! Overall its a win win, kid can clean it and the rabbit is a happy rabbit!
