You would add total of amount of all lipids or oils that's added to product.

Q: Does this have Palm oil in it?

It's a solubizer. Like vegetable wax will emulsify water-based ingredients with oil/butters and additives so they all don't separate (e.g. lotions)...A solubizer is used when combining a water-based ingredient with oil. The viscosity will remain the same but the oil and water will stay mixed. I added all this because asking if it had palm oil was way out there and wanted to make sure you knew whst it was for.
