Being a short person I could not reach shower wand in its original installed position. I needed polished brass and couldn't justify cost of adjusted rail installation. These are an amazing quality and value. They are very sturdy and when installed, appear as though they are an original installation. I noticed the glue was from Germany, so I felt more positive about its ability to stick forever. Easy to install. I like the fitted sticky tape which holds it in place for the recommended amount of time for glue to dry. Glue also gives time to adjust and level. Recommended wait time is 48-72 hours. I gave it the full 72. Excess glue was easy to scrape off tile. FYI. I purchased two. One at a height for washing hair, and at about a foot lower I placed the other at a height for showering without getting hair wet. I am so thrilled with them. Super quality brass and construction. Easy to adjust after installation by moving wand. No more crashing down suction holders and wand in the middle of the night

Amazing product, I have purchased a second one after seeing the quality. They stay fixed on the wall and work perfectly after 3 months. I do not see any way these will fail for many years. I wasn't sure whether the adhesive was going to hold up but there are no issues. The handheld is adjustable so if you want it straight down or pointing out, you're covered. I bought these because one showe head is very high up the wall and the other is not high enough. Being able to mount them where you want them with no drilling or anchors was the buying decision.

Product looks great and installed perfectly to our tile with the included manufacturer glue. My package also came with temporary adhesive paper to hold product in place, while glue dried. This worked perfectly and peeled off clean and easy after 48 hours. The included adhesive paper indicates that the company is listening to customer reviews to implement improvements, as I saw past reviews mentioning challenges in the product holding in place just after glue is applied (Problem solved by company.) The company also proactively followed up with me to be sure I received the product and was satisfied. That impressed me and prompted me to acknowledge in a review.

Overall the quality of this holder is good, seems solid. My problem was with the glue that is supposed to hold this onto my RV shower wall - I glued it and was going to leave it for a couple days, but the glue would never set up enough to keep it on the wall. The seller should provide a faster-setting glue, or possibly a construction adhesive. So, my solution was to drill holes in the base plate and screw it to the wall (as the old one was). My shower wall has wood backing behind it, so I feel the installation is solid. The swivel mechanism in this holder is very stiff, so I have no confidence glue would have ever held it for long. I would also suggest the seller pre-drill holes for those who would rather do it this way. Now that it’s installed, I’m very happy with it. Shower head fits well onto it and the satin nickle finish is very nice.

Nice and luxurious and matches brushed nickle. It was also sturdy once set. Just use duck tape or a stronger tape to hold it on the wall, because the tape it comes with is trash!!! The tape it comes with is a joke and feels like paper trying to hold metal. Overall get it so you dont have to put a hole in your tile!!!!

This shower head holder is well made and is all metal vs plastic used in other holders. I particularly like the tight ball joint, as I have a heavy shower head and it will hold it in place. It has to be glued on and then held in place while it dries from 48 to 72 hours. It comes with light weight adhesive strips to hold it in place while the glue it drying, but I opted to hold it in place with duct tape (see attached picture). Now I know that when I peel off the duct tape in 72 hours, the shower head holder will be solidly adhered to my wall. I also found when I screwed of the cap on the tube of glue, I could not squeeze out any glue, so I just snipped off the top. The glue is light a paste, making it easy to work with and, even though it came with two tubes of glue, I only needed to use one. Be very careful to place the glue only where the pictured instructions tell you, as putting glue in the center of the adhesive plate will lock in the rotating ball. Also only put the glue on in small dabs, as too much glue will also lock up the ball rotating ball.

Have had it over a year and it is still on the wall without any issues. The holder is very good quality, heavy. Holds the showerhead perfectly. I want know where I can get that 2 part aghrsive.

Very easy to install and works very well with our Moen shower head.

Clean the wall surface with alcohol and follow instructions give 72 hrs for adhesive to set. Brushed nickel finish matched my Moen nickel finishes perfectly
