I bought 2 of these to use on my morning walks. I try to get in 3 miles in the morning and another 2 at night after it cools off but even at 7am it's already hot, these do help though they're not exactly easy to use in the sense that I like to get up brush my teeth and throw my hair in a loose bun and go but these need to be soaked in water for 15 minutes prior to use so you can't just walk out the door without planning to use these. They are also not perfect, you have to turn them over every few minutes or they get as warm as your skin and don't feel cool. I'll also pour a little cold water on it as I go which helps. Over all better than nothing but not perfect.

I bought this for my husband who is an OTR flatbed driver to help combat the summer heat. It absorbs water, and cools very quickly. It definitely feels wonderfully cool on the neck, but it leaves behind a kind of sticky slimy residue. He says that it helps, but warms up rather quickly. He will continue using it, as any relief from the hot summer months is worth using.

Didn’t open them to try the material is very thin and the beading inside I thought was throughout the band but it only contains about 1 1/2 inch of the beads? Not sure how it could work to keep cool with so little beading.

Living in NorCal near the ocean, I have only needed to use the product a half dozen times, but it works as I expected it too.I've got a plastic dish filled with water that I use to keep it soaking in the morning then put it on when it gets hot. At the end of the day, I hang it up to dry.Each time I have used it, it has absorbed and held water. The snap has also held.I'd buy it again.

The product lost all the beads. I only got to use it about 6 times! I reached out to the company and they are not willing to replace it.
