This product is better then ancient minerals Magnesium spray.It's works for my restless leg and it isn't as drying as other brands.It's also a good price comparatively speaking. I'm glad I tried this brand . I'm 100% satisfied.

So far this is amazing. I've been having scalp problems and hair loss that I believe are due to magnesium deficiency. At first spray I noticed immediate relief! My scalp stopped being itchy and is no longer irritated and inflamed. It does sting sometimes but not much. I prefer sting to itchiness any day. For the first night in 2 months, I can sleep restfully. It also works great as a deodorant (add oil or aloe vera to reduce sting) and I'm seeing some lightening of my underarms too which is a nice bonus. This stuff is a miracle and I'm so glad I researched this and found hope in this bottle.

I got this in the hopes that I could use less than I do taking capsules. And I don't need as much.Because I am lazy and its kind of messy I discovered that I can pump out the amount I want onto a cotton round or square and rub that around for fast absorption then I tape the round on my skin in a dry area. Kind of like a magnesium patch.It only stings if you get the oil on sensitive spots like your eyes, etc. I am very Happy so far.

I waited to writ this review to really see how I liked this product. I am a long distance runner. After a hard long run my legs were killing me and so was my butt. I sprayed this on at night before bed and couldnt believe how great my legs felt in the morning. It was like I took an Epson salt bath. This is now on my must have list.

works great for leg cramps,but have no negative problems with the product. spray on & rub in if you per fer?

Product arrived in perfect condition & in a timely manner. Love this magnesium oil as it does not leave a white film after it dries. Great stuff.

This is really a help with sleep at night! Just spray on bottom of feet and wear socks to cover! I have seen improved sleep since starting use of product 2 months ago.

Love this product- I use it with my liquid iodine on my forarms. It is lightweight and not greasy.
