Each item is good quality, sturdy and comfortable to use, and just clicks back into place when you’re done. And there are so many pieces included, it’s ideal for almost any job and excellent value. I wish I’d found this set sooner, as I’ve probably spent more than this buying individual tools that haven’t lasted the short time I’ve had them. Every new home owner or keen DIY’er needs this. Bought this for my daughter in her first house, and she's very pleased with it. It has everything you could need in it - even a craft knife, which is missing from most kits. It's very cleverly packed into a surprisingly small case, that locks nice an firmly. But when I came to use it, I discovered that what looks like a pair of pliers, isn't. It's actually a 'joint slip pliers' - whatever that is. This might be very useful for gripping a nut or tubing firmly, but it simply doesn't do the thing you mostly want a pair of pliers to do (grip or turn things, or hold them steady). It doesn't just do these things badly, it doesn't do them at all. You really shouldn't have to spend so much on a basic set of tools, only to end up having to beg a pair of pliers from your daughter's next-door-neighbours...

There’s a great range of tools in here, all well made and well packaged. They’re all sturdy and certainly don’t suffer from the horrors of other budget sets (no driver bits rounding off in here!). The pliers are solid, the hammer has a great weight and balance to it, and the Allen keys and a nice snug fit. All in a great little carry case too. It’s been great for us so far in loads of DIY jobs around our house and it’s so handy it even lives in the cupboard rather than the garage.

Seems well made with a very clever selection of tools. Too early to tell whether the tools are strong enough to last, but if they do, a very comprehensive tool set.

The tape measure is broken as it would not retract after measuring for a carpet on the first use of it. It would suggest poor quality. We have not used the other contents yet and hope they are of better quality. We do appreciate that this is not the most expensive set of tools but hoped it would suit for purpose. We are quite disappointed.
