Easy to install if you're handy with a router to cut out a recess. Fit and finish is superior, looks and feels like it can hold up for many years. But guys, why the zinc plated machine screws?

I installed this recessed handle on a window seat with storage that I built for my wife, and it’s been excellent. The quality is much better than I expected for the price. The handle lifts and sits flush perfectly. It feels sturdy and has a nice weight to it, not flimsy like some cheaper ones. Installation was simple, and it gives the whole project a really clean, professional look. If you’re building furniture or cabinetry that needs a low profile pull, this is definitely worth it.

Bought this for a crawl space door that we have been using a screw driver to wedge open for the last 25 years. Did not have the right tools, but with a drill, and a set of chisels, I inletted the handle into the hardwood rather nicely. Just took a bit longer. Could not find my router, which I have not used in years. The handle is sturdy and works as expected. Wife said I should have done this just about 24 years and 11 months ago.
