Low vision user
I am writing this using Siri please excuse any strange words. Being a person of low vision I need to have additional lighting at certain places around the house. Since this touches into Alexa, I can turn lights on your doorways on the far side of the room, lamps, etc. by just simply telling what I want turned on. Setting them up is extremely easy. You just plug them in plug the device into it and you can set them up in Yunis in with other items that work on your network it was seamless painless, and not frustrating whatsoever. Will purchase more of these when they go on sale again during Amazon prime. But if I needed them, I would purchase them at any time. They’re just simply not that expensive and seem to have great endurance. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.

Best Smart Plugs I have ever tried!
includes all of the features you’d want in a single-outlet smart plug. In addition to remote-control access, a timer, and the ability to be scheduled, it can be integrated with a large number of other smart-home devices like Alexa and Google Home. Installing the software was a simple download via QR code, and the instructions were very concise and easy to follow. Once I set up the first of the four plugs, I felt like a Pro! It almost seems magical to control appliances and lights in your home remotely. Due to low water pressure in our community, we have to have a small circulation pump to circulate the hot water throughout our house and now I'll never have to go downstairs to unplug or plug it from the manual timer it used to be on, and if we leave and I forget to have turned it off, I can do that from anywhere, so that's a big savings on electricity, only running the circulation pump when we actually need it. Used for lighting security in the evening if we are away is another great use. They are pretty small, so I can use both available sockets on any outlet, which is also a big plus .

Conflicting instructions but great if you get past them
These devices are a great convenience, but I can't figure out the instructions. Installing it with SmartHome was easy. Then Amazon said to install the Gosund app to use the routines in the Alexa app, but that stopped it working with SmartHome and Alexa. Those apps appear to be incompatible. The second one I installed just with SmartHome works fine after telling Alexa to install the routine for sunset. I started over on the first one resetting and using SmartHome, but the sunset routine in the Alexa app still won't recognize it (error on connect - no idea why) even though SamrtHome and AlexaDot do fully work. Since it also remembered the name I gave it earlier, perhaps it remembered something else, but I don't see a reset to factory. The on line instructions for the routines didn't work as well as asking for the Gosund app that I now know is not needed. Asking Alexa to install the sunset routine I wanted before opening the Alexa app did, except for the first plug exposed to Gosund. I shouldn't need a master's degree in IT to activate a plug. Gosund demanded setting up an account for China to spy on me I suppose.
