Nursing school essential
I bought this for nursing school (clinical). It is pretty big I’d say like a hand size. I have not tested it out on my scrub pockets but it’s a great reference card to have.

Pretty good
Good chart, not terribly sturdy. I think it's a good idea to laminate yours before using it for longevity. Mine is in my pocket at all times at work and it bends sometimes. Will crack if I sit down and it's still in my pocket.
