This product provides great satisfaction to user with its excellent quality for the price. This tape is amazing. My face got burned in a fire in the operating room and the burn plastic surgeon recommended that I wear it every night/day for as long as I can (I wear it about eight hours-I wear it while I sleep.. It has helped with my scarring immensely. It softens the scars so they don't pull and harden as they heal. It has made a big difference for me.

I doubt whether it is the real product. When I open one, found it does not stick well, some air going in. Then I opened all five pieces in the box, all the same problems. I doubt whether it is the authentic product. The texture feels totally different from the one bought from doctor. Very disappointed. Request for a refund
