The sauna comes delivered in 3 boxes. My husband and I were easily able to move each piece to our backyard and lay everything out prior to assembly. Putting it together took us less than an hour, as it was not complicated (tongue and groove alignment). Even getting the roof on was not that much of a challenge, which considering my size (4'11", 90lbs) is an indicator that this is not that heavy or awkward and can be done with two able bodied people. The build quality is great and the only small issue we had was that initially the Bluetooth speakers would not connect, as in we could not figure how to locate them. However, we switched from an Android phone to Iphone, found it and suddenly it was working. The lights can be set to cycle through all of the colors or to stay one one of the selected. There is also the option of running the interior light with the colored lights or solo. As for the temperature, it definitely takes longer than 10 minutes to get up to a hot temperature but I find that within 15 minutes it is near 35ºC and within 30 minutes it is over 50ºC. I have had been able to get it up to 60-64º with air temps in the high single digits (2-4º Celsius, or 35-40ºF. It stays on for a total duration of 60 minutes and then if you want longer you can add more time/reset. It does not cool down that quickly, which is nice because sometimes my husband and I cannot coordinate schedules perfectly, he will use it, then do a cold plunge and I will come out after he has turned it off to do the same and it is still warm. I chose to purchase the backrests, as well as the padded cushions for the benches - I recommend this if you have a bony frame and not a lot of padding to protect you from hard surfaces. One thing to note, this is marketed as a 4 person sauna but it really only fits 4 people if you sit upright, knees bent, feet flat on the floor facing forward. If you want any amount of relaxing, keep it to two people. For reference, my husband if 5'10" and I am 4'11" and if we each take a side, we are comfortable. Only add people if you are really not bothered by sitting right next to someone. We set it up on November 4th and have been using it almost every day, either before or after a cold plunge. This is my first time using an Infrared sauna, my only prior experience with a sauna was in a traditional sauna in Iceland. Infrared does not get as hot in terms of absolute temperature but it does have the same effects for me. I don't mind heat and it takes me a while to start sweating, which was my same experience in a traditional sauna. My husband sweats easily, and he will be sweating within 15-20 minutes in there. I live in New Hampshire where winter temperatures will get below freezing (as in 0º/32ºF) for most nights and many days, so I am excited to see how this fares over the course of the winter. So far we have had some nights below 20ºF and it warms up within 25 minutes. Highly recommend!

Great so far. Have had it for a couple of weeks and it works beautifully. Assembly was easy with 3 people as it took about 20 minutes. Plugged it in and was up to 145 degrees within 15-20 minutes. Can fit 4 people but recommend 2 if you want to be comfortable.

Works perfectly, easy to assemble with 2 people. Takes about 20 minutes to get up to full temperature. Can’t imagine 4 people in it unless they are small.

Sauna has been working great and for the core sauna 5 stars. Quality is in line with the price point. A few little flaws but overall a nice tight fit when assembled. Hopefully it performs well as the weather cools! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is wiring issues. Customer service was great, however it took multiple times to get the Bluetooth speaker wires to connect. Seems to be a flawed connection in the ceiling. Once that was fixed the lights are acting odd and I don’t want to keep taking the roof off and compromising the structure so I just live with the lights as they are. Definitely a great sauna for the price.

I got the sauna almost a year ago, and, except for the super hot summers in Texas, I use it almost every single day. No joke. My colored lights went out a month ago, I contacted the company and they sent me new replacement, lights immediately, no charge. Super customer service. The unit is easy to put together, no hardware, extremely sound, and well-made. If you’re looking for an infrared sauna, I would highly recommend this one. I’ve recommended to several people.

Once you remove the 7 sections from the shipping containers assembly is a breeze with two people. Spend a little more time leveling the floor before you start adding the walls. The front section with the glass doors is the heaviest section. The outer top, while not that heavy, is a little cumbersome to manuever but with a little shifting it falls into place. The digital temperature display is in Celsius not Fahrenheit which at first requires a little mental gymnastics. I found it took my unit at least a half an hour to get to 52 degrees Celsius. That is about my starting point. After another 45 minutes the temp got up to 62 degrees Celsius - not the advertised 65 degrees but probably close enough. The temp outside was only 52 degrees Fahrenheit so not sure how well this will do when it gets really cold outside - time will tell. Customer service has been top. Notch and provided me with additional data and speaker Bluetooth connection instructions which weren't included with the packed assembly instructions. Overall I'm very happy with my new sauna and the company that it came from.

I had someone put this together for me, but he reported it was very easy, took him 1 hour. It looks beautiful and the smell is wonderful. Heats up in about 20 minutes to 65 Celsius and has auto shut off. Bluetooth sounds great and lights are a nice touch. I wanted to add that you can change it to Fahrenheit but pressing and holding the plus and minus buttons under TEMP at the same time.

Love the product. Easy to assemble -- no tools! We liked it so much, we ordered a second unit for our get-away house. The company thought that 2nd order coming so quickly was odd -- like maybe a glitch or a scam -- so they called to check on it. A live phone call to make sure everything was OK! Never happens, right? So now I like them even more.
