Interesting
I think it’s keeping my mouth shut, and I have only used it three times so far. I wake up hearing and feeling my lips, blubbering back-and-forth, possibly from trying to snore a different way. But I did not have any troubles sleeping in it.

I sleep with device in order to keep my mouth closed.

It works
I have tried simpler chin straps that don’t go all the way around the head and they don’t work! This one works and is comfortable and and it has definitely enhanced my ability to use my CPAP machine effectively

Actually fits!
I love this chin strap because 1) I have a small head and most chin straps just do not fit me; the straps are too long or not adjustable enough and 2) it is very comfortable with just enough stretch to be snug but not tight. Chin straps are very iffy things- either too large or neoprene and hot... One of my favorites and I have tried numerous ones!

It works for it’s intended purpose.
This thing works well to keep you mouth closed to prevent snoring. It is reasonably comfortable after you get used to having something around your head at night. It also would fit people of many sizes. I have a large head and this fits without using the included extension.
