What I didn't know was that using this any more frequent then once every 30 days can damage your skin. They included a pamphlet with this dermal roller otherwise I would not have known it. And I actually think I have damaged my skin from previous years of using it too much until I got this one and saw the pamphlet with the information. I always focus on my lip and chin area and that's the area that seems to be rapidly getting worse. Like I said I've used it daily thinking I'm just helping the product I use get deeper into the skin but I'm actually damaging my skin because I'm not giving it enough time to heal and produce the collagen. This is a great product and tool but just educate yourself to make sure you don't do the same damage to your skin..
