What a fantastic book! George Lizos' engaging writing style and his clear explanations made this book a quick favorite of mine. It is divided into 4 parts and you will learn about Energy Protection Basics, how to Clear Your Energy, how to Shield Your Energy, and how to Protect Your Energy Online. The author's explanations and easy-to-follow practical exercises are brilliant and they will help you keep up a regular energy hygiene routine and teach you how to manage your own energy. You will learn how to ground and center yourself, how to protect yourself from energy attacks, how to sever unhealthy attachment cords, clear your energy field and so much more. This is the most comprehensive book I have read on this topic so far and I can only recommend it.

As I have been diving deeper into my spiritual practice, I would feel more sensitive and overwhelmed by the many energies around me. I knew I had to get this book to learn to protect myself because I cannot live under a rock forever and I still want to work as a healer! This book is very easy to grasp and understand. He gets straight to the point and it’s really everything you need to dive deeper into your spiritual practice to center, ground, and protect your light. I feel like I’m talking to a good friend while reading this book. His examples resonate a lot as I am able to also expand my psychic visions through his mediations ! So far his guided steps have instantly worked and I feel so at peace with myself and can thoroughly enjoy the holidays with friends and family.

If you are an Empath and want to strengthen and protect yourselves this book is is a MUST have tool in your toolbox! This book opened my eyes to many new things and assured me that feelings I have are real and there are ways to cut cords, heal past traumas and even protect myself from negative energy that have deeply affected my day to day. This book is a great guide to energy protection and shielding. George breaks it down in easy steps and gives many different ways to protect and shield ourselves to practice. Just reading this book has helped me feel more at ease and relaxed. Highly recommend!

(As an aside, I read the book with George's voice in my head, so it ended up being an audiobook of sorts). Even though I was somewhat sceptical about some of the meditations, the more I have practiced them, the more effects I notice in my everyday life. I have started noticing when I am absorbing other people's energies, and I am more able to remove them from myself, so that I am truly grounded and in my own energy. This is improving my life in many ways, as I am more capable of staying present with my emotions, more clear headed, and generally more calm. Great resource for beginners and more advanced practicioners alike!

I just received this book and started reading after skimming though the various practices. This is a must have for all you light workers out there, especially during a time when energy attacks are becoming more frequent. In part 1 he clearly lays out a 7 step process for clearing, shielding and strengthening your energy, in part 2 he introduces different processes for clearing energy attachments, in part 3 he shares how to shield your energy and the best one, part 4 he shares how to protect your energy on line. There are various practices to choose from, so you're sure to find a favorite. Don't hesitate, get this much needed book now. You won't regret it!!

I'm only halfway through, 'Protect Yoir Light' and I'm thoroughly enjoying the viewpoints and meditation practices that George offers. As someone who has been working with energy for years, I've found this book and it's practices profound and supportive as I take the next step of energy protection and awareness. I found out about George and this book from the Magic Monday podcast with Natasha and Tess, whom I've listened to for years, and I'm so glad I found George and his book! Thankyou:)

Lots of useful informations and AHa moments. The content is really precise, easy to read, and really helpful in managing one's energy, explaining what to do and not to do, why and how. Even though I am already an energy healer, I still learn a lot with this book, and feel the differences in my energy at once while reading.

I am training in spiritual healing, the course I am doing does not offer any guidance on protection. I started out full of love and light, with good intentions. I soon became drained and low. I stumbled across this book after lots of google searches about why I was feeling this way and what could I do to to help myself. The grounding & centering techniques are much the same as what I have learnt on my course, however I love the stepping into our power section. I loved the. Psychic scanning online workshop and. I identified a LOT of things that need clearing. I have lots of work to do now to clear the things I have identified. I get a little lost with the unicorns and dragons, however I can definitely buy into calling on the elements for the clearing processes. The Shields section is key for me, I think these techniques will help me a great deal going forward. I think this guy George Lizos is great. I have already started on the next book 'Lightworkers gotta work'. Thank you Goerge Lizos!!!
