I don’t have puffy undereyes or bags but I use this on my clients. Feels very cooling and soothing. I wipe the gunk off after I remove and before applying makeup.

I like the tea extract but they slide off so easily under your eyes. I put in fridge so keep this cool which is nice but maybe that’s why they are sliding. I’m gonna try room temp

Great product! But they are so slippery that they slide down your face. I had to lay down so they would stay in place.
