Another 360 degree infinite rotator
The only reason I bought this was because of the mark on the volume knob. The existence of said mark, implied it has a min and a max and was not an "infinite rotator" like all other units out there. Sadly, that mark means nothing.The quality of the construction seems solid. The connector has just the right amount of force, the metal edges are refined and the overall construction is flawless. The feel of the knob is another story. It has tactile steps that are not pronounced enough for my liking, at least to mitigate the 360 degree disappointment. They feel just OK, not great. It works ok for what it is, the sensitivity scale is useful, as I immediately found myself using the 3rd setting (unless you enjoy spinning this thing to death to get to 100% volume). At the highest sensitivity, the Windows 10 volume is adjusted by 10% increments.If this thing had hard stops at min and max as the knob would let you believe, it would have been a 5 star product.

Makes adjusting the volume a lot more convenient
In bed I watch streaming TV on my tablet but was always hitting the wrong button on the edge when I wanted to turn it up or down. I attached this and have it on my night stand. Now I can just reach over and turn it up or down with the big, easy-to-find-in-the-dark knob. It also has the pause/play button (which I use all the time) and the back and next buttons (which I don't really use very much since I watch YouTube more than anything).This was SO worth it and now I can't live without it.

Impressive Build Quality and Just Plain Works
I was on the fence with products such as this, but I'm very happy I finally purchased. So nice to have a volume knob right at my desk for whenever those adverts or extra punchy videos come through... a simple twist and no problem. Media controls are great too. 5-stars!

Volume knob problems
Regardless of the sensitivity setting on the volume knob, it still acts like it has connection issues. I expect faulty soldering on the board or just a bad volume potentiometer in general. Too expensive to be this bad
